STS Precision Cleaning Services offer a premier, customer focused service, specific to requirements and in partnership with leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s). This service is controlled to ISO 9001 standards.

We provide removal of all deposited materials from various types of parts, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Aluminum, Quartz, Ceramic and Plastics. We also have a separate copper line to ensure no cross contamination from Cu coated parts.

We have a full Ion Implant cleaning service with capability for strip clean rebuild and test using Krytek source conditioners.

We can also service valves, and many tool subassemblies with full leak certification to allow our customers to have confidence to install once returned.

We offer precious metal reclaim services and work in conjunction with one of the UK’s leading refiners to maximize recovery and value for customers.

Customer’s parts can be from tooling used from all manufacturers of semiconductor wafers up to 300mm diameter and other components, like solar or OLED applications, up to 15 m2 in size.

Chemical, electrolytic, mechanical, plasma and thermal cleaning techniques are used for deposit removal.

Surface preparation is achieved using high specification texturing tools with strictly controlled ultra high quality media to carefully control the topography of the processed parts.

All wafer fabrication equipment is cleaned at STS: Diffusion, CVD, PVD, Implant, Photo and assembly components.
