New tools:

Simple Technical Solutions Ltd provide new Varian/Novellus 3290 and XM90 tools.

These can be configured from 4″ (100mm) to 6″ (150mm) substrate size.

Typically we hold inventory of these tools and final specification can be determined by the customer before final assembly and test.
